I-House becomes IHOP (International House of Pancakes) for a day!!!
Welcome Duke Students!!!
You may be asking yourself what is International House? Do people live there? Is it an academic center, part of study abroad or just another building on campus?
International House is a place that we hope can be "a home away from home," for international students and scholars attending Duke, as well as a place where international and domestic students can engage in innovative and informative intercultural programs, social activities and opportunities to connect with greater Durham through community outreach. There are lots of fun programs for domestic students that wish to connect with the international community in a more meaningful manner.
Please Check out our many programs and see what interests you. From being a IHOP, Duke Language Partner, Culture Club presenter or to simply attend any of our special Global Stop or other cultural events. Check out our programs and get involved!!!
If you have any questions or suggestions, you can contact, Li-Chen Chin, Director at International House.
Thank you and welcome,
Dr. Li-Chen Chin.
